She began her career as a professional ballet dancer at the age of 19 with the Texas Ballet Theatre, where she performed a variety of ballets from classical to contemporary. Her love of movement and discipline of the body lead her to receiving her first Pilates Certification with the Physical Mind Institute. Classically trained, she has received advanced training at the Teague Pilates Institute, who's program is based on the Pilates Center in Boulder Colorado. She is also one of the only students of Thomas Griner, founder and creator of Kanon Biocybernetics.

With a love of the culinary arts, Jordan worked in restaurants from the kitchen to management - all the while teaching and enjoying Pilates, keeping herself strong and injury free.

After leaving the culinary world, she continued with her quest of living a pain free and healthy life and obtained her Massage Therapy License from the Massage Center in Thousand Oaks, California in order to practice Kanon.. Her desire is to help people restore their bodies, releasing the spastic muscles and then teaching them to stay out of pain and stay balanced with Pilates.

Jordan is an experienced teacher and practitioner working with a variety of clients of all ages, injuries and fitness backgrounds. She believes in functional movement through Pilates, and the Kanon therapy as the key to reversing the issues that causes pain.
